Design oriented architectural firm seeks an architectural design associate who thrives working in a team environment. Our work consists of Commercial, Event & Entertainment uses, Mixed use/Multi-Family residential and single-family projects. We encourage collaboration and individual input on our projects. Required Experience:

  • Full-time architectural associate on the path to licensure with three to six years of experience.
  • Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited university.
  • The ability to produce design level documents, construction documents, technical details and specifications.
  • Knows and understands how to research local and state building codes, planning codes, and national codes.
  • The ability to take responsibility for specific design aspects of an assigned project, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions and produce the necessary documents and reports.
  • The ability to understand and perform within the budgets, time and dollar constraints of a project schedule.
  • The ability to coordinate with clients and consultants directly.
  • The ability to independently makes and/or contribute decisions on significant architectural design problems and methods.
  • Ability to research new materials and techniques and apply them.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • A professional working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD Architecture

Additional Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365: Outlook, Word and Excel,Photoshop, BlueBeam and SketchUp.

Compensation:
Total compensation package includes a wage that is commensurate with experience and participation in company healthcare, dental, and 401k plan.
