Opsis Architecture is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to add to our team. The Marketing Coordinator provides project management and support to the marketing team. The ideal person will have had 3+ years of marketing experience, be very organized, a team player, a quick problem solver, enthusiastic for constructive feedback, positive, goal oriented, has a positive/joyful attitude, and is able to work under multiple deadlines.

 With the direction of the Marketing Director, the Opsis Marketing Coordinator is also expected to be an expert in the mechanics and content of the RFQ/RFP process.  Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the firm’s online presence, the MC has a key role in getting the word out about Opsis to the established relationships with external publications and media by the creation of press packages and other related promotional materials. Together with the other members of the Marketing Team comes the responsibility of extending the culture of the firm. Having a basic love of design is essential.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

Report Marketing Director / Principals

Proposals: RFP, RFQ’s (Including writing, designing, editing and production)

Support team with interview preparation

Maintain marketing database

Market research

Social media and website maintenance

Image bank maintenance

Conference / Event assistance

Manage brand style guide

Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications:

A BA or BS degree in marketing/communications, graphic design, journalism, or related field

Preferred 3+ Years of experience in a marketing and communications fields (A/E/C Industry preferred)

Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with staff of all levels

Ability to work collaboratively and independently on multiple assignments/deadlines while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and quality

Ability to work joyously in a team-collaborative, deadline-driven environment,

Outstanding problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills

Proficient in: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, MS Office Suite, current website content management systems, social media platforms

Familiarity with Deltek Vision, preferred

Graphic Design expertise and training, preferred

Clear and high quality writing and editing skills
