Elixir Environmental, LLC works with building product manufacturers to develop transparency documentation including Health Product Declarations (HPDs), LEED v4 product data sheets, and Google Portico documentation. In addition, our team develops AIA and USGBC Education courses for building product manufacturers. Our company is a collective for new ideas. We draw from a vast pool of experience, multiple design disciplines, and a passion to succeed in order to meet our customer's expectations.

Working with us, you will:

  • Develop AIA, USGBC, and IDCEC one hour continuing education courses based on various building products.
  • Create LEED product data sheets for building product manufacturers that outline how their product directly contributes to various LEED rating systems.
  • Coordinate with building product manufacturers to obtain the necessary information to create HPDs, Google Portico docs, and LEED product data sheets.
  • Attend major industry trade shows such as AIA, USGBC, CSI, etc. and assist in helping at our trade show booth.

An ideal candidate has:

  • A degree in architecture or environmental sciences.
  • Ten or more years of experience with the LEED rating system with a comprehensive knowledge of LEED v4 BD+C.
  • Previous experience working on LEED certified projects.
  • Working knowledge of AEC industry and the ability to understand and communicate with professionals of other disciplines.
  • Advanced certifications such as CSI CDT, additional LEED specialties, WELL professional accreditation, etc.
  • The ability to contribute to and participate in a team environment in a small office (less than 5 team members).
